Led by Attorney Ed Atkinson
Ed Atkinson is the founding attorney of Atkinson Law. He was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 2008 and earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. He previously studied Classical Languages and Literature at the University of Michigan.
Ed’s legal practice focuses on personal injury litigation, including motor-vehicle accidents, dog attacks, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and wrongful death matters.
His approach combines careful case analysis, direct communication and a commitment to helping clients understand the legal and insurance issues affecting their claims.
A Distinct Perspective on Dog Bite Claims
Ed also has experience training competitive working and protection dogs. This background gives him practical familiarity with canine handling, behavior, restraint, training methods and warning signals that may be relevant when investigating a dog bite or animal attack.
